WeareseekingadynamicandexperiencedSeniorHROfficertojoinourHumanResourcesteamthatwillfocusonrecruitmentandHRoperations.ThispivotalrolewilldrivetalentacquisitionstrategiesandensureseamlessHRprocessestosupportourorganization'sgrowthandculture.

RESPONSIBILITIESINCLUDE(butarenotlimitedto):

  • Responsiblefortheend-to-endhumanresourcescyclewithafocusonRecruitmentandHROperations.
  • Managetheentireemploymentcyclefromrecruitmentandonboarding,staffmovement,andseparation.
  • Liaisewithagencies,NGOs,andtheLabourDepartmentforrecruitmentmattersproactively.
  • Providessupporttothefullemployeelifecycle,suchasadministrativesupportonHRfunctions,externalparties,andinternalcustomers’requestsinatimelyandeffectivemanner.
  • WorkcloselywithLineManagersandproviderecruitmentadviceandsupport
  • PrepareregularHRrelatedreportsandcorrespondence
  • MaintainproperemployeerecordsinHRIS
  • ParticipateinHR-relatedprojectsasassigned
  • PerformanyotherdutiesasassignedbytheSupervisor

SKILLS&EXPERIENCE

  • Degreeholderorabove,preferablyintheHumanResourcesdiscipline
  • Atleast3-5yearsofrelevantworkingexperience,preferablyinanMNCenvironment.
  • Candidateswithlabour-intensiveindustryexperiencewillbeatanadvantage.
  • Well-versedintheHongKongEmploymentOrdinanceandotherrelatedlegislation
  • Strongknowledgeofrecruitmentbestpractices.
  • Excellentinterpersonalandcommunicationskills,withtheabilitytobuildrelationshipsatalllevels.
  • Provenabilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesinafast-pacedenvironment.
  • ProficiencyinHRISsystemsandrecruitmenttools(e.g.,LinkedInRecruiter,ATSplatforms).
  • CandidateswithlessexperiencewillbeconsideredfortheHumanResourcesOfficertitle.
